We're sorry, but we cannot make exchanges outside the European Union. However, you can return the purchased jewelry and place a new order. We ask you to take care of the return shipping for the jewel you want to return. Please make sure you choose a reliable courier for shipping, especially considering that it is jewelry. Once we have received the package, we will refund the amount paid. Please note: Personalized items cannot be returned.
